Collection: HT Series Heated Vacuum Tables

When it comes to creating an intensive thermal bond between a flat, hot surface and thin or flexible materials, this vacuum table is a solution that can meet even the most demanding requirements.

With a peak temperature of 200°C, it meets virtually all requirements for processing modern plastics or for the rapid curing of paints, inks, or resins. Printing, laminating, and coating are typical applications for this tool. Thanks to its solid aluminum body, a very homogeneous temperature distribution is achieved even at the edges after only a short warm-up phase.

The vacuum table is made of tempered cast aluminum and is therefore virtually stress-free. This ensures long-term dimensional stability. All metals expand when heated. For aluminum, the coefficient of thermal expansion is approximately 0.024 mm per degree and meter of length. With a temperature difference of well over 170°C, easily achievable with this table, this is a parameter that should be factored in for precise work. Modern printing programs, for example, have adjustable scaling factors that allow this effect to be compensated for.

For applications with relatively high leakage, intake air coolers are available in our product range to protect connected vacuum pumps, if required. A programmable temperature controller is included. A PT100 temperature sensor for actual temperature measurement is integrated into the vacuum table. The 230V / 50Hz, 2.1kW power rating allows for immediate use without any special requirements for existing power supplies.
