Collection: Standard Steel T-Slot Plates

Our standard steel T-slot plates are made in various shapes and sizes.

The plates are milled from solid C45/1.1730 tooling steel, and are thermally stress relieved and face milled. Can be vacuumed onto a vacuum table or traditionally attached to a machine.

The advantages of C45 over cast iron plates is a higher tensile strength and toughness. A narrow T-slot pitch allows for a broad spectrum of applications and uses.

Manufactured with solid material and a smooth underside, these plates can be incorporated into any setup or be further processed to include additional features.
