Precision frame 200x80cm with FAL Foil vacuum table

Our precision frames are made entirely of solid cast aluminium. To achieve the highest possible precision, our frames are not welded, but screwed and pinned. You can order the racks with different Work surfaces or order without work surface to realize your own setup.

In addition to the racks available here, we also offer customized racks up to 3500 x 2000 mm, also directly with various vacuum tables, T-slot plates made of aluminium or tool steel, threaded grid plates, heated vacuum tables, cooled vacuum tables, or with your very own setup that we manufacture for you according to your specifications.

The precision frame is shipped in assembled condition and is ready for immediate use upon receipt!

Due to the smooth surface, FAL vacuum tables are particularly suitable for suctioning thin or flexible materials. The workpieces are sucked in through a grid of holes measuring just 0.6 mm. They are made entirely of cast aluminium and are manufactured with the highest precision, thus offering the best prerequisites for successful application.
