Precision frame 200x80cm with GAL Hole grid vacuum table

Our precision frames are made entirely of solid cast aluminium. To achieve the highest possible precision, our frames are not welded, but screwed and pinned. You can order the racks with different Work surfaces or order without work surface to realize your own setup.

In addition to the racks available here, we also offer customized racks up to 3500 x 2000 mm, also directly with various vacuum tables, T-slot plates made of aluminium or tool steel, threaded grid plates, heated vacuum tables, cooled vacuum tables, or with your very own setup that we manufacture for you according to your specifications.

The precision frame is shipped in assembled condition and is ready for immediate use upon receipt!

Completely made of solid cast aluminium, GAL vacuum tables offer the best prerequisites for heavy machining of light metals and steels. The solid construction has a vibration-damping effect. Since GAL vacuum tables are made entirely of aluminium, they are also coolant compatible. In addition, an M6 threaded grid at a distance of 100x100mm is incorporated into the surface and thus enables the attachment of parts such as clamps, vises or stops.
